My Mama Mojo has officially been in business for 1 year! What started as a small, part-time phone coaching business has turned into so much more...and the best is yet to come! To celebrate my birthday, I am raffling some complementary coaching away. If you are one of the lucky winners, you can decide if you want a space in an upcoming group workshop (for local Mamas) or four, 30 minutes of individual phone coaching.
Sounds great! Sign me up!
- All you have to do is comment on this blog post. Tell me (in as few or as many words as you like) why you are committed and ready to making some positive changes in your life to create more joy or bring back your mojo! If you comment anonymously, please send me a private email so I have your contact info for the drawing.
- On Thursday, April 28th I will do it the old fashioned way by pulling 2 names out of a hat...or maybe a left over Easter basket.
- I will contact the 2 lucky winner and ask their preference (workshop or individual coaching)!
Thanks for playing and good luck!
Thank you, Heather, for inviting us mom's back to rediscovering a joyful life balance! My commitment to re-establishing greater joy and peace in all my various roles comes from a deeply held belief that I can only be of service to others when I, myself, have my needs met. Further, that when I am most joyful and authentic, I am encouraging others to access their own joy and authenticity. The work you are doing is incredibly valuable. It's so easy to get lost in the hub-bub of mothering. I'm so grateful to know there is a resource like you available to us mom's! Thank you for all you are doing!
ReplyDeleteBeing out of work for now almost 8 months... i got a new job and start May 9.... i want my mojo back. I have a son finishing his first year of college and a daughter starting high school next year... now is not the time NOT to have my mojo! i am excited about these changes but also a bit scared... being a mom has always defined who i was ... and i dont want to lose that... however... cant wait to get my MOJO back! :)
ReplyDeleteHow about this? I deserve it.
ReplyDeleteKeep them coming ladies....
ReplyDeleteI'm on it... I keep trying to focus on myself a little bit but need guidance on how to do it! I know if I'm happy, my family is happy. I'm ready for some balance.
ReplyDeleteheather, i am lost right now. i was on a roll for a while, with work and hubbie and babe, but now i am sleep deprived, unfocused and behind in every thing i need to do. no mojo here. i'm too tired to have commitment, but i know how good it felt just a month ago to be in control of a few things like what went into my mouth, how i felt when i woke up and how my body felt. i need external support bc the inside stuff is tired. i'd like my mojo back, please. jgw
ReplyDeleteI love what you are doing! I think it is great that you are helping moms create more JOY! We all need more joy...it is what makes us happy and then those around us will be happy too! I would love a support from you as I have just gotten back into teaching my child in the home due to his severe food allergies which causes a lot of added scheduling and stress....but I do love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for putting your name in the raffle. Some of you are anonymous or haven't given me enough information to contact you if you are the winner. Please email me so I have your contact information. heather@mymamamojo.com

Because as the mother of a 4 month old, I could really used help with precisely this--"motherhood disappointment, stress, and lack of fulfillment"! I have some ideas but not sure how to make them happen.... (happy birthday, my mama mojo!)
ReplyDeleteI am committed to creating more joy so I can be the happiest and most awesome person, mom and wife I can be!

My baby boy just turned 1 this past week and I'm definitely lacking in the mojo department. I am struggling to find the balance between full-time work, school (I am working on my doctorate), and my roles as wife and mom. I have been out in the evening (like a "date" with my husband) ONCE in the past 12 months. I have been out with friends ZERO times. Mojo??? Where are you??
ReplyDeleteAnd the winners are.....
ReplyDeleteAbby and Melissa!!!!! Congrats to both of you! If anyone else is interested in a complementary session to learn more about coaching, I would be happy to connect with you. I have also signed all of your emails up for my newsletter so you can learn about specials and other raffles. Thanks for entering, and I hope you will keep reading!
